NF not worth it, bring back the nerfed
I'm a mature aged gamer & leader of a mature age guild (30yrs+) 80+ members & part of a mature age alliance (30yrs+) 250members.
I've given NF a chance, finished the story line....
I don’t believe that NF gives us enough to warrant the nerf There when team builds that relied on Spirit Bond, and now they have scrap.
3 and 4 man Urgz can not be done, which is one of the things I loved so much
NF offered the Heroes, salvage, new AI, and what felt like a huge amount of grinding.... The story line was average & nothing new, absolutely no surprises. The only interesting thing was the worms and even then it seems unoriginal... How many people in the development team are fans of Dune???
Factions gave us so much more than NF did!!!
I feel like I was ripped off. I sent so much time helping ppl & developing a guild & alliance. Trying, testing, playing with single & team builds & 80% or more have been affected by nerfs. 50% can not work anymore due to the last nerf at NF release....
I didn’t know it was coming & going to be so bad.... I'm informed that WoW post skill nerfs months ahead At least they try to be considerate of there players.
It feels like so much of my time has been wasted now
I can live with most of it but can not live with/stand for the Spirit Bond nerf!!!
So I'm doing the only thing I can to protest.
I'm leaving my guild, & I'm leaving GW. Trying out/ looking for a new online home.

How sad, you quit playing a game because of a skillchange?
Sorry, I can't bring up any sympathy.
Bye!

Nightfall (to me) was worth every change they made. I enjoy it more than the first two chapters, and really enjoy the new play style.

1st. Who gives a damn about your guild being 30yrs+? What does it have to do with nerf?
2nd. Urgoz is a ELITE 12 player mission, not 3 or 4.
3rd. If you dont like to Grind, level up in Factions then come in Elona.
4th. You spent so much time working on builds? Spend some more.
5th. Who cares if you quit, no sympathy for people that cant get over skill balancing.

Yes and you are moving to WOW, elves and orcs are so original, never seen that before in a MMORPG. Anyway, every time the nerf bat swings people starts crying of how their game is ruined. Im enjoying NF a lot, but if you liked farming for endless hours in Urgoz, Im sure you'll love WOW.

A. If you are so great at builds, you should be able to get past spirit bond nerf.
B. Urgoz is 12 players, not 3-4.
C. WoW gives skill updates months in advance because from what I heard, they are stuck with whatever build they choose to make. We have the option of constantly changing builds.

- First of all... this is GW.
- Well... age is not important here.
- Urgoz is MEANT to be done with 12 players, why to enter with less...? GREED. Greed is a sin, and nerfing is the punishment
- Many member in my guild that said 'Nightfall gives more thing like Factions' so... that subjective.
- Welcome to GW. This is not a 'set and forget' game. It will change. Farm too much an area and they will nerf that farming. Get used to a build and it will work no more sooner or later. It's so hard to understand? CHANGE OR DIE.
- Well... my own guild leader was quite mad too about the updates, but I after a week, he was leading a paragon to the Torment.
- Well... get ready. You'll DIE before getting 1000gold in WoW, onless you play in alternate servers or you pay for it.

The suggestion forum is for making suggestions, not whines or rants. Every time skills change, we have to close threads like this. ANet changes skills regularly to mix things up and prevent the game from stagnating into sameness. Unless there is some gross oversight, they will not change them back anytime soon and that is true of any skill change they make.
And this is DEFINATELY not the place to announce to the world that you're leaving. None of us could care less. Do not come and bitch on our forums. It is pretentious and rude.
